Woody Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 A bad fire is headed towards Watsonville, CA according to Fox News. This Southern California wildfire could pose danger to one of our schools ... Monterey Bay Academy which is in Watsonville. Keep this fire issue in your prayers. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
CyberGuy Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 Not likely. Monterey Bay Academy is on the beach and surrounded by Strawberry fields on the south and east. and the Ocean on the west. They do have forest on the north side. Question is which direction the fire is coming from. Quote Riverside CA
CyberGuy Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 I talked to the treasurer of Monterey Bay Academy Friday afternoon and he tells me MBA is not being threatened by any fires at this time. The Big one is 20 miles away and is no threat to MBA. Quote Riverside CA
