HE Cares About Things Important To Us.....

I have been trying to figure out how to explain this situation, where it makes sense...this is complicated so please bare with me.

My honey has a computer business that he runs out of our home. We have been in business for about 14 years. Our clients are mainly doctors and lawyers and some other small businesses. With the doctors computers they have to have special software so that hackers can't break in and steal confidential records.

We have one doctor that is very difficult to work with, to say the least. And naturally their computer/server is messed up the most. We picked up their server on Tuesday and we are trying to upgrade it and get it up to standard. My honey backed up all their files. Now here is the complicated part--especially sense I am not a computer person--the new software wrote over everything including the backed up files that was on an external harddrive but was still plugged in to the computer. After completely confirming that indeed all the patient records had been deleted, my honey had a panic attack all night long. And I literally mean all night long, he was up trying to figure out what he was going to tell our client, and he was praying.

At three a.m. when our son gets up to do a blood sugar check, he found his dad being sick in the bathroom. He asked his dad what was up, and after it was explained, they both prayed about it. My honey then went on to say that GOD in Biblical times did all kinds of miracles, but that maybe this was just too insignificant. That maybe the miracle would be understanding clients or something.

This morning, first thing he got some legal counsel from another client, to see what kind of legal trouble we might have because of this.

Then the miracle happened.

Another tech, from the company that actually makes sure that the doctors are all compliant, called. Through many hours, he was able to help my honey bring back all the data up until last Friday. Even that tech didn't know about the software-glitch-eating-the-back-up-problem, and said that he was making a note to pass on to others about this, so this was definately a learning experience. We were just so happy to get the data back.

So GOD still performs miracles, and once again he showed my honey that HE loves him, and if it is important to my honey it is also important to GOD.
