Members phkrause Posted June 20, 2008 Members Posted June 20, 2008 Will continue to keep you in our prayers. Also somewhere in the NT I believe Jesus asks us to prayer for one another. pkrause Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Administrators Gail Posted June 20, 2008 Administrators Posted June 20, 2008 Truthseeker, the Lord is good and nothing is too big for Him. I have found in my life that it's when I seek Him sincerely (and even desperately?) that He proves Himself to be there. Keep reaching- it will come :) Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Woody Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 I continue to pray for you truthseeker. But please remember that Jesus loves you just as you are. He just wants you to keep coming to Him each day that you can. He loves you so much that He wants you to know that despite the sin in your life ... He is there tenderly loving you. None of us will obtain all the victories in life that we would like. When we see His Face .... then He will give us all the victories that we need. He will do away with sin totally. For now ... He just wants our heart ... our love and desire to serve Him. And I see that in you. So, rest easy in His assurance. Give you addictions over to Him. Make HIM responsible. If HE wants to do away with the addictions ... then HE will do it for you. If not it is HIS responsibility. He may want you to keep them to keep you humble. I don't know. All I know is that HE Loves YOU. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Guest truthseeker007 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Thanks again all of you. You are my biggest support in my life. You are the only people i am able to talk to. I have done many wrong things, i should have been sentenced to prison for all that i have done. Many years satan has influenced my mind, replacing a quite innocent soul with a hitler-minded hater. I used to hate people like you so much because i thought i was illuminated. Somehow i think i knew it was wrong when demons tried to rape me at night, but the state of conciousness in which i was superior and would be a great ruler one day would prevent my soul by getting hurt by others. Nowadays i am still in the transformation proces of getting closer and closer to Christ. But there are still some problems: 1. What should i do with my DVD s?: Godfather collection, martial arts dvd s, mob movies? 2. What should i do with trance/rap music? 3. What can i do about my brothers LP s?he has many demonic like LP s and posters? In the bible it says somewhere that because one guy from Israel kept some treasures that he shouldn t have, the whole of Israel suffered. God is expecting us to be a pure and holy people, but i cannot force my brother to do away his belongings. Since i cannot do that, does it still help when i clean up my own stuff and is it really necessary? According to David Gates you give the devil the keys to your house when you still possess things that belong to him. But till what extent do we have to follow that? I mean everything around us, what we drink, our clothes etc. contain occult symbols. Arent they just symbols? Quote
Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted June 20, 2008 Members Posted June 20, 2008 I can only tell you what I had to do with my occultic paraphrenalia. I dumped it. All of it. I tried to talk myself into thinking it was okay to keep some old grimoires from the 17th and 18th c. because they had cost me thousands of $$. It wasn't worth it. Dump the old stuff; dump the new stuff. If you have a question about it, then dump it. Good luck, my friend. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
puddles Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Truthseeker, YOU ARE SO DESERVING OF OUR PRAYERS!!! You are a child of God...nuff said! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{TRUTHSEEEKER}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Quote
