Moderators Bravus Posted July 4, 2008 Moderators Posted July 4, 2008 There have been a plethora of new posts related to US politics posted in the Town Hall forum lately. I believe the mods are trying to keep up, and moving them to Politics as fast as possible, but it would be considerate to post them there in the first place. That way they reach the people who are interested and avoid annoying the people who are not. Another forum I frequent just 'black holes' any posts that are in the wrong place. I don't think we want to do that here, but it's not really fair for the mods to have to spend a lot of time moving posts. Quote Truth is important
Woody Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Perhaps this could be one of the .... dare I say it ... RULES. Would you like to list it as a RULE .... Bravus ? Or do we even want to say the 'R' word? Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Sorry about that, I am fairly new around here and did not know that politics should be elsewhere when I started a topic. If I knew how to move it I would. Hey, Redwood, It's internet ettique. No need for 'rules'... You aren't becoming 'rule-ish", are you? You know, one who likes RULES...and all ducks in a row...walking in a row, in time, same step..... Anderoo Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Oh, man. Now if I want to discuss politics I've gotta pony up the money to be a full member! It was fun while it lasted. There are a lot of smart people here with a lot of stimulating thoughts. Quote

Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted July 5, 2008 Administrators Posted July 5, 2008 Well you see it is just the same as for us left-handed people... The left side of the body is controlled by the right side of our brain, so that means that it is the left-handers that are in their right minds. Tom Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. Stan Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 It would be interesting to know how many GC presidents are in "their right minds" Back in the olden days, I recorded that the majority of the nurses on surgical floors who worked evenings shifts were left handed, but very few on a medical floor working the same shifts. I only studied one hospital. But this is comin from someone who is in his left mind. Oh MY!! I never thought I would say that I was 'left' of anything. I've been 'left' with little in in my life. PS. Stan ... I'm surprised that you are from the 'olden' days. I've heard of people havin that curse. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Bravus ... I am 'left' with no choice but to comment on this leftist remark. I've not left my mind Neil. Before I met Rush on the radio ... I was left without a mind. But he has inspired me to expand my mind and pull myself up by my bootstraps. So, I've been left with no choice but share this wisdom confirmed by Rush. Now ... if by any chance I've left some wisdom on a bench or two .... it is to my credit. In fact, I hope you will pick up a few bits of wisdom along the way as I share them. For they are clearly RIGHT. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
