Three Cups of Tea

I just finished reading the book Three Cups of Tea, which I highly recommend.

This is an amazing story of the humanitarian campaign of one man against unbelievable odds in the backyard of the Taliban. American mountaineer, Greg Mortenson, forged a mission that is the only surefire means of defeating terrorism. His mission was to promote peace in the harsh and remote mountainous regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan, one school at a time. The real enemy is ignorance and his weapon of choice is education of all the poor neglected and forgotten Muslim children, boys and girls, of this war ravaged area of the world.

If you haven't already read it,go out a get a copy and read it.

Let's see..., Lebanon suffers terrorism from both States and groups, yet they've, previously, sought nothing but peace, yes?

At one time, not all that long ago, it was assumed that Lebanan would become the Riviera of the Levant.
