Contrasting Salon.com to FOXNews is hardly a good comparison. Contrasting FOXNews with MSNBC would be a fair comparison. Contrasting Salon.com with Newsmax.com would also be a fair comparison. If I were to see conservatives like John 317 or Redwood posting a bunch of links to Newsmax.com I would give them a little grief too.

I note that Greenwald provided three examples. Let me simply provide just one and most recent contrapoint...

Griffin pointed out how "[t]he press has been pretty hard on you. The Democrats have been pretty hard on you, but also some conservatives have been pretty hard on you as well. PALIN: Who wrote it? I would like to talk to that person.

CNN was asked to correct the facts and/or apologize to Palin. They declined.
