rush4hire Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Might not be a bad idea. However, the Society of Jesus might not appreciate such an insult. Instead of: Quote: New World Order, Jesuits, Secret Societies and more... Perhaps something more like: Quote: New World Order, Secret Societies, Ecumenicism, 9/11 Truth, Outrageous Cover-ups, and more... Or any combination of those, or other things. The phrase "911 truth" does insinuate that the "official story", (that 19 armatures, armed with box-cutters, hi-jacked 4 passenger airliners, simultaneously, to hit 4 different targets), was not the truth, and that a bit more investigation, than was given to the matter, was needed. But alot of people feel that way. And if it wasn't the truth, then people want the truth, because the 3000 that died that day, deserve justice. At least they deserve some investigation, especially because of the really strange facts involved. It's good for Americans to be concerned about these things. It's good to exercise the right to think and to speak. It's what makes America America. The country was founded by people who where not willing to let their government abuse them. I hope it can be open to the public, because for topics of this nature, the 1 post having, fly-by-nighters, often have some interesting things to say. The "9/11 truth" movement is huge. It's all about justice. It's about Americans standing up for their Constitution. It's very patriotic. Just check youtube. Such patriots will find your site on a google search, and be willing to offer their "expert views". And you'll have lots of discussion. Lots of famous people, like Charlie Sheen, and others, have expressed their outrage concerning this incident, and they might even pay a visit here. Stan Posted November 12, 2008 Author Posted November 12, 2008 I think there needs a place to discuss it.. But it is so irritating to most folks.. Truth is this, it is not part of the 28 fundamental beliefs.. Much of this comes from the current true infiltration to Adventism, the Sunday keeping, pork eating apostate protestants, called Evangelical Christians... often viewed by those who have little faith as being hate mongers of those..... I better stop there..... before I get stoned... :) Quote If you receive benefit to being here please help out with expenses. https://www.paypal.me/clubadventist Administrator of a few websites like https://adventistdating.com

Taylor Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 No problem, I agree with you completely on this! This is a legitimate way to deal with a topic that shouldn't be in the public view. Private is just fine, they can talk about it all they want. Quote

Moderators Jeannieb43 Posted November 12, 2008 Moderators Posted November 12, 2008 Stan, Is it okay to dialogue in here? Just remember, Probation closes for Adventists before the rest of the world. Joe_in_RP Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 There is no point in going there. The point was to warn God's people of the times and the close of probation. But people don't want to be warned. They want to live their life like it is. For 6000 years God's people have rejected warnings. Why should I be surprised that these warnings now are removed so that the very people who need to see them can't ? How many people viewed the evidence I posted? To late now. Its gone. Even the secular world is figuring this out. God will raise up people who will respond. Just like the the parable of the wedding when the invited guests did not come. The master found others. How sad. Don't embarrass us with strange ideas. We don't want to even see it here. Quote
Joe_in_RP Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Jeannie Here is your info: Here we see that the church--the Lord's sanctuary--was the first to feel the stroke of the wrath of God. The ancient men, those to whom God had given great light and who had stood as guardians of the spiritual interests of the people, had betrayed their trust.....These dumb dogs that would not bark are the ones who feel the just vengeance of an offended God. Men, maidens, and little children all perish together. Testimonies for the Church Volume Five (1882-1889), page 211, paragraph 2 In this chapter she is speaking about Ezekiel chapter 9 - 11. I recommend EVERYONE read those chapters. Here is some other stuff I found. Those who have had great light and have disregarded it stand in a worse position than those who have not been given so many advantages. They exalt themselves but not the Lord. The punishment inflicted on human beings will in every case be proportionate to the dishonor they have brought on God.--8MR 168 (1901). None will be condemned for not heeding light and knowledge that they never had, and they could not obtain. But many refuse to obey the truth that is presented to them by Christ's ambassadors, because they wish to conform to the world's standard, and the truth that has reached their understanding, the light that has shone in the soul, will condemn them in the judgment.--5BC 1145 (1884) Those who have an opportunity to hear the truth and yet take no pains to hear or understand it, thinking that if they do not hear they will not be accountable, will be judged guilty before God the same as if they had heard and rejected. There will be no excuse for those who choose to go in error when they might understand what is truth. In His sufferings and death Jesus has made atonement for all sins of ignorance, but there is no provision made for willful blindness. We shall not be held accountable for the light that has not reached our perception, but for that which we have resisted and refused. A man could not apprehend the truth which had never been presented to him, and therefore could not be condemned for light he had never had.--5BC 1145 (1893). Quote
Moderators John317 Posted November 12, 2008 Moderators Posted November 12, 2008 Do you know of any clearer evidence than what you posted thus far showing that probation will close sooner for the Seventh-day Adventist Church than for the rest of the world? Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
Moderators John317 Posted November 12, 2008 Moderators Posted November 12, 2008 To be without the graces of the Spirit of God is sad indeed; but it is a more terrible condition to be thus destitute of spirituality and of Christ, and yet try to justify ourselves by telling those who are alarmed for us that we need not their fears and pity. Fearful is the power of self-deception on the human mind! What blindness! setting light for darkness and darkness for light! The True Witness counsels us to buy of Him gold tried in the fire, white raiment, and eyesalve. The gold here recommended as having been tried in the fire is faith and love. It makes the heart rich; for it has been purged until it is pure, and the more it is tested the more brilliant is its luster. The white raiment is purity of character, the righteousness of Christ imparted to the sinner. This is indeed a garment of heavenly texture, that can be bought only of Christ for a life of willing obedience. The eyesalve is that wisdom and grace which enables us to discern between the evil and the good, and to detect sin under any guise. God has given His church eyes which He requires them to anoint with wisdom, that they may see clearly; but many would put out the eyes of the church if they could; for they would not have their deeds come to the light, lest they should be reproved. The divine eyesalve will impart clearness to the understanding. Christ is the depositary of all graces. He says: "Buy of Me." {4T 88.2} Some may say it is exalting our own merits to expect favor from God through our good works. True, we cannot buy one victory with our good works; yet we cannot be victors without them. The purchase which Christ recommends to us is only complying with the conditions He has given us. True grace, which is of inestimable value, and which will endure the test of trial and adversity, is only obtained through faith and humble, prayerful obedience. Graces that endure the proofs of affliction and persecution, and evidence their soundness and sincerity, are the gold which is tried in the fire and found genuine. Christ offers to sell this precious treasure to man: "Buy of Me gold tried in the fire." The dead, heartless performance of duty does not make us Christians. We must get out of a lukewarm condition and experience a true conversion, or we shall fail of heaven. {4T 89.1} I was pointed to the providence of God among His people and was shown that every trial made by the refining, purifying process upon professed Christians proves some to be dross. The fine gold does not always appear. In every religious crisis some fall under temptation. The shaking of God blows away multitudes like dry leaves. Prosperity multiplies a mass of professors. Adversity purges them out of the church. As a class, their spirits are not steadfast with God. They go out from us because they are not of us; for when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, many are offended. {4T 89.2} Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
