Woody Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 This poll is to find out how many of you lock your doors when you leave your home. (If you are willing to confess to the world of thieves) I will start and confess that I only lock my doors if I am going to be gone over night. I trust all of you out there to not tell the thieves. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Woody Posted December 18, 2008 Author Posted December 18, 2008 So ... you sleep in a locked facility .... ???? lol Hmmmm. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Liz Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 I live in a neighborhood where we do lock our doors. My parents live farther out in the country and they leave their door unlocked unless they are going to be gone for a couple of hours. My family that lives on ranches never locks their doors or cars, you can generally find a set of keys in the truck. Their philosophy is if you are at their place, then you are too far from town to be a threat and you probably really need help; and if they aren't there to help you then just help yourself. Quote For what will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his soul? Mat. 16:26Please, support the JDRF and help find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. Please, support the March of Dimes.
Moderators Bravus Posted December 18, 2008 Moderators Posted December 18, 2008 We tend not to lock up, partly because our teens end up forgetting their keys and getting locked up. We have two medium-sized dogs, which help with security. Quote Truth is important
Dottie Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 We lock our doors even when we are in the house--that way dear son cannot run outside into the street. All locks except one are double-dead-bolt locks. Quote
Amelia Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I don't live in a great area. I lock everything and have a club on my car. Woody Posted December 21, 2008 Author Posted December 21, 2008 Uhhhhh. Watch out for Amelia. I wouldn't want to cross her on a dark street or in a snow drift. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
cricket Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 We lock and bolt our doors. We have a home security system installed. We pray, when we remember, that angels would hedge us against danger. Quote
