Woody Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 I guess you could say that I'm prejudiced against the medical community, but with good reason. My mother, one of my best friends, and a woman I was married to were killed by chemo. I believe that all of you doctors, nurses, administrators, and hospital techs will have to answer to God for what you have done to people by your silence. Enjoy your pens and perks! Did you warn these people after it happened to the first one? Why did they allow themselves to be 'killed' by the drugs? Wow. "all of you doctors, nurses, administrators, and hospital techs will have to answer to God" That's a lot of people having to answer to God. Or perhaps you meant that they will have to answer to you? Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Neil D Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Anyone remember "Layatril" [sp]....Well, Tallmark, my dad died of those "natural remedies"...and that's all I will say... Quote Democracy is a device that ensures we shall be governed no better than we deserve. George Bernard Shaw

Morning Glory Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 Tellmark, You OBVIOSLY have a bone to pick. I can appreciate that you have a differing view point on this matter, but I think you need to be very careful of making the long reaching accusations that you made in your post. Quite honestly, you sound like you are taking the role of judge and executioner. I SERIOUSLY take exception to your remark that all drs and nurses, etc will have to answer to God becuase of our occupations.......We ALL will have to answer to God. But, to imply that just because I am a nurse I am in the business to harm people.....brother, you are WAY off base, here. Nothing could be further from the truth, or I wouldn't be busting my butt every day at work like I do if I cared nothing for the people I was serving!! I do appreciate your comment that just because the SDA logo is on the building doesn't necessarily mean that God's blessing is involved w/that hospital. However, STATING that those who are caring for the sick and infirm within those walls are EVIL people intent only on injuring the helpless individuals they are in charge of borders on the slanderous. I can also appreciate that the loss of your loved ones has considerably tainted your view of the medical world, but please do not include EVERYONE in your generalizations.
