I knew Dr. Bacchiochhi personally. He taught two of my classes at Andrews more than 30 years ago. He was an extremely interesting teacher. He brought a lot of energy to the classroom and was never boring. While some of his actions did not endear him to some Adventist scholars, Dr. Bacchiochhi will be sorely missed.

I only heard him speak one time, at Loma Linda Hill Church, shortly after his graduation from the university in Rome. I found him to be a very interesting speaker. I enjoy going to his web-site and reading his material there. He sent me several emails about a year ago.
