Our God is SO AMAZING!

A couple of weeks ago our little SDA school was totally unknown by the city we live in, but God had a plan to change all of that, in a hurry for some reason.

To my knowledge no one asked for him to come, but a reporter from the local newspaper came one day and started asking questions. He had a photographer come later and take some pictures, had a videographer come and take a few short clips (for the website) and the reporter returned a couple of times after all of that had taken place just to get more information from parents and staff.

He told us he was doing an article on local schools, but boy what a surprise we got today. Our little one-room school was on the front page, right next to President Obama's picture. (Our picture & text was 3x bigger than Obama's picture/article of the front page, plus we got a full page inside, but he only got about 4 inches x 6 columns on page 9!)

The article containes both pros and cons of private schools in general, but overall it seemed to put our school in a very nice light.

Before this we were even wondering if we would be able to keep the school open after this year, but it looks like the Lord has other plans. When God does something He doesn't mess around! This is all so hard to take in. It's just amazing what He can do.

Lineman you are right, a God who is able to spit out galaxies is beyond comprehension. I hope you ll make it to heaven, you ll probably become a galaxy designer or something like that, since you are so fascinated by the universe. Everything is beyond comprehension for any rational being. How can God have always existed? Why does God even care about us? Where is the end of the universe?

This is the same type of limitation that is not totally fair. I mean my body is filled with hormones, but at the same time God expect us to behave correctly. We ve got the ability to develop our minds, but as we become smarter we realise we don t know anything yet.

Praise the Lord. Yes I have something that just happen here on this forum. In the meat and blood thread, messenger was looking for a certain quote from something he had heard years ago. Well I happen to have read his reply to someone and he mentioned a name of a pastor that I used to know. So than I remembered that I had a book by this pastor. I went and found the book and found the statement that he'd been trying to find. And I guess he'd been praying about it for a few days. So I but the quote into a reply for him and it was the one he'd been looking for. I'd say that was pretty amazing. Praise the Lord again.
