Ardmore Adventist Academy Destroyed

If you haven’t heard yet, Ardmore Adventist Academy was hit by the tornado Wednesday night. Thankfully no one was there when it happened, but the school is completely destroyed and two of our members lost their homes.

The Ardmore school was a mason block building and only one wall was left standing, so it was a probably a F4 tornado. The clock on that wall stopped at 7:01 pm. A board meeting was scheduled in the school that evening at 7:00, but it had just been postponed until the next week.

A real loss, but it could have been so much worse . . .

This reminded me of a quote that has come to mean so much to me:
