2 Adventist 2 Fail

For many of us we are witnessing occurrences around the world never

imagined. Comprehending economies, domestic and global, is dizzying. Many

mega-conglomerates are being classified as too large to fail, requiring huge

economic bailout packages. Unemployment disrupts every community. Wars in

far places are too important to fail. Supplies of food, water and oil are

too important to fail. Ecumenical efforts abound. Worldly activities are

magnetic for all.

Does being an Adventist create immunity or even oblivion to these problems?

Does God's end-time remnant church endure these problems personally, or are

they set apart? Does how much we read Scripture, pray and be available to

help others have a correlation with personal battles? Is living and

preaching the three angel's message have a direct effect on personal worldly

situations?

In short, if we do everything we believe and teach, if we can agree on what

that is, are Adventist too close to Christ to fail?
