This was agreed upon and signed before the federal government had a right to say anything. In addition it was agreed on by the administration prior to signing the bailout contract. They knew how much was to be paid out. They agreed those bonuses should be exempt from any government interference. The federal government should not have the power to void a legalyy binding contract,especially as the very administration that is huffing and puffing over this signed on to same..
