Woody Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 According to the 'News' ... New studies show that if you expose peanuts to those who have peanut allergies ... you can get them over the allergies. How cool. What does this say about this allergy? Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted March 16, 2009 Members Posted March 16, 2009 There's an earlier post (thread) about that here: peanut flour may ease peanut allergy Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
Woody Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 Sorry. I had just heard it on F _ _ this morning. I thought it was new. Oh Well. I guess F _ _ is behind. But if it is on F _ _ ... it has to be false right. And who else would aire such info ? Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted March 16, 2009 Members Posted March 16, 2009 I got it from a medical news journal.... Woody Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 SAY NO. You mean that F _ _ would have something credible on their station? I've been told this doesn't happen. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted March 16, 2009 Members Posted March 16, 2009 Well Redwood I'm with you about FoxNews. I think that they are as credible as any other news network. I think that each news agency spins things the way they want people to hear it. I think that on Fox each anchor is a little more independent than on other News shows. That's why I hear each anchor spin things the way they want. Not like other stations where there all pretty much the same. pk Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
carolaa Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I would sure not try that w/o a physician overseeing it. On one level, it makes sense, but the reaction can be death, so I'd be pretty wary about trying it myself. I don't understand how, if that does work, why wouldn't it work for a pregnant mom to eat peanuts (it does not work). Quote

I think that most observers would agree to this. Well except for the extreme left. The thing that I've noticed as far as differences is .... Fox has more Foxes ... working for them. I used to get them. They made my allergies worse. Quote Catherine God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:26.
