I just received an email from my mother. In it are the demographic facts of Islam throughout Europe. Couple items for your cursory review.

It takes a 2.11 birth rate to sustain the life of a culture.

The average birth rate in Europe is 1.38.

The average birth rate of mooslims is 8.1 (in France for instance)

That means that in 30-years France will be a Muslim State.

In 30-years 50% of soldiers in Russia will be mooslim.

Closer to home. In America, our birth rate is 2.11 counting all the illegal latino immigrants. (Could be why the US is allowing illegal immagration - no border).

While we sit over here in the west playing ping-pong with capitalism and socialism, the Muslims are multiplying at such a fast rate that these governmental arguments we spend our time with will be rendered meaningless.The birth rate a society needs to break even and not start to disappear is 2.1 babies per woman. Anything less than that, the culture disappears in a matter of three generations or more. The math can’t be argued. No culture has ever survived once it reached the breaking point 1.3 babies per woman.

The birth rate of Mooslims in America is in excess of 2.5%. "While specific figures may be debated, what cannot be debated is the phenomenal growth of Islam. According to United Nations statistics, the Muslim population in the United States grew by 25 percent between 1989 and 1998.30 In 1990 there were only about 50 Islamic schools in America. Today the number is over 200.31 Since about 1990 the number of “registered Islamic centers and mosques” has tripled to “more than 2,500."

The thing about this is the Muslim culture does not assimilate themselves to whatever country they live in. They change the culture of the host country. We’ve already seen this.

The irony is the people who pushed birth control, abortion and multiculturalism will be the most affected under Sharia Law.

Khadafi has made the statement that Islam will take over the world without a sword,or rifle. What does he mean? He's a fairly smart guy, and he knows how math works. It has also been said that every muslim child is a bullet to the heart of America (Ayatollah).

Traditionally there have been a couple of individuals on here (Vital/MD) that have ardently defended Islam. Well and good. But how do they feel about moving into a different world, a world where they are obligated to Sharia Law? They would probably be among the first to complain & whine when/if that inescapable day overtakes them.

It is interesting to note that in the Middle Ages, a time when the Christian church was in apostasy, Islam flourished. If it weren't for the Catholics fighting the Crusades, the Reformation would not have gotten off the ground.

When the Reformation grew, Islam ebbed.

We should not be surprised when we see statistics such as these. After all, God promised both Abraham and Ishmael that He would make a mighty nation of Ishmael's family as well.

The question is, What will we Christians do with it?

I have thought for years that God will do something powerful with the Muslims before Jesus comes. I have heard (not just from Adventist sources) of Muslim people being given dreams about Isa al-Masieh (Jesus). That is one way that God can reach these people who are otherwise so restricted.

When the Islamic world sees America it thinks that Christianity, the religion of America, and America with all its immorality, are one in the same.

These statistics may be a sign that the Christian world needs to reform itself and wake itself up from its Laodicean state.

I would like to add that we as Seventh-Day Adventists have the most commonalities with Islam than any of the other Christian denominations. This is going to be a big opportunity for our work.
