LifeHiscost Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 Will this enable a better atmosphere for freedom of any and all religions in America? It appears some in very high office find it comfortable to dismiss America's greatness a result of the Judeo-Christian principles in this country, even though not applied perfectly. And it also seems important for some to apologize for making a distinction between Christianity and other faiths. This along with talk of the U.S. becoming subservient to international law. Is it wise to allow non-Christians to determine how Christians should practice their faith? I suppose if we as Christians can find tradition to be more important in practice than following a 'thus saith the Word', it won't be too difficult to give up our guidance to the majority who rule the country. "Thus says the LORD of hosts,"Behold, evil is going forth from nation to nation,And a great storm is being stirred up from the remotest parts of the earth." Jeremiah 25:32 NASB Regards! delta Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 Yes. The next scenario....it will be difficult for evangelisms since the US government doesn't really like the "faith converting" activities so then the government shall criminalize all missionaries, evangelism and sharing the Everlasting Gospel, by saying that the Gospel Workers don't respect other faiths and not supporting Unity. [but our Jesus always love us to seek the lost] So when there is opportunty, when is the best time to share the Good News, then? Quote
