True-believer Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Authority = For the Christian From God above, through His Son, Jesus Christ! What is Authority? 1) The power or right to give orders and enforce obedience; 2) A person or organization having official power. Please look up these Bible verses: Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-18; Acts 1:8; Acts 3:2-8 We are in a Spiritual Battle everyday, --the devil is trying to take over, --the devil wants to: 1) Take over your Finances; 2) Take over your physical, mental and spiritual life; 3) He is trying to intercede in your life by all the worldly stuff like: a) Sexual Immorality; Pornographic material; c) TV shows//movies; d) Sex toys; People in today’s world are getting so into porn that they are living their lifes like it. –For instance: My older sister has been to lots of wild party’s where sex, porn and dirty worldly things are. My other sister use to hang around people who took unprescribed drugs and get all drugged up. I have witnessed to people who have been struggling in all these areas. It is time to make a stand! Get lost devil! The devil has to go right now! The devil has NO right in my life or your life! In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, leave our body and leave our lifes right now devil. Jesus has given us Authority to cast out demons and all kinds of evil forces. Ephesians 6:10-18 Please read and study the above Scripture reference. We are told to put on the whole armor of God so we can stand strong in the Lord and defeat the enemy. Quote Luke 4:19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
