SivartM Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I was thinking that it would be cool if there was a TV show called Extreme Makeover: Heart Edition about people whose lives were changed by Jesus. Then I thought that it would be even cooler if every Christian could share their testimony on EMHeartE by making a video and uploading it to YouTube. The questions I have are... 1. Could Extreme Makeover: Home Edition sue people for doing that? 2. Is this a good idea? 3. Would you do it? I welcome input. Feel free to move if this is in the wrong forum. Thanks! Administrators Gail Posted August 30, 2009 Administrators Posted August 30, 2009 How cool is that? Thanks for thinking it up! Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Members phkrause Posted August 30, 2009 Members Posted August 30, 2009 Well SivartM, you would just have to ask them and or have a lawyer to check into it for you. And I do think it sounds like a great idea. pk Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
SivartM Posted August 30, 2009 Author Posted August 30, 2009 Thanks for replying! I think it would be better to call it something like Extreme Heart Makeover. I want to keep the connection to television, but not confuse people. Basically, it would work like this: People film themselves talking about how Jesus has changed their lives, upload the videos to YouTube and link to the Extreme Heart Makeover website, which links to other EHM videos and gives people information about Jesus. I'm going to start working on the website, so please, if you know anyone who might want to make a video, tell them about this project!
