Administrators Gail Posted September 8, 2009 Administrators Posted September 8, 2009 Did you also see the tree kangaroo and the giant rat? Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Outta Here Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 Got any links, Gail?? I'd love to see them as well. In my opinion, Planet Earth--the BBC Series is the most amazing animal/nature footage I've ever seen. Beautiful stuff! Quote

Administrators Gail Posted September 9, 2009 Administrators Posted September 9, 2009 Got any links, Gail?? I'd love to see them as well. In my opinion, Planet Earth--the BBC Series is the most amazing animal/nature footage I've ever seen. Beautiful stuff! Found those on the BBC website. Someone in the office was looking at related stuff and I told her about the smallest parrot. That's when we found the big rat. He was so tame because he had never seen a human. They even touched it. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Administrators Gail Posted September 9, 2009 Administrators Posted September 9, 2009 Try here, Aubrey. The link to the rat portion was still there on the right. You could probably search "volcano" or "tree kangaroo" for the other: BBC Earth News Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Moderators Nan Posted September 9, 2009 Moderators Posted September 9, 2009 I have a lot of David Attenborough DVDs. With the development of fibreoptics and very small cameras capable of catching microscopic stuff, I have found their productions even more amazing. If you have not seen it, Life in the Undergrowth opens up new worlds of things to see. Quote
Administrators Gail Posted September 9, 2009 Administrators Posted September 9, 2009 It's absolutely amazing what they've captured in the Planet Earth series. My kids all love it, and have given each other sets as gifts. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
