Neil D Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Serena not. G I just got off the phone with my daughter, and her boyfriend is in the hospital with appendicitis. This past week, I passed a kidney stone.... Now, in both cases, the boyfriend and I reverted to simple sentences like the above quote of Olger...And I have noted that Olger is talking like he is in pain....Simple two worded sentences...communicating but not completely... Olger, are you in pain....? Or are you just a pain? Quote Democracy is a device that ensures we shall be governed no better than we deserve. George Bernard Shaw

Amelia Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/32825937/ns/sports-tennis/ Quote: NEW YORK - Serena Williams was fined $10,000 Sunday for a profanity-laced tirade directed at a U.S. Open line judge, and an investigation is under way to determine whether there should be additional punishment. The $10,000 penalty — not quite 3 percent of the $350,000 in prize money Williams earned by reaching the semifinals at Flushing Meadows — is the maximum on-site fine that can be issued for unsportsmanlike conduct at a Grand Slam tournament. The U.S. Open said in a statement that the Grand Slam Committee Administrator will “determine if the behavior of Ms. Williams warrants consideration as a major offense for which additional penalties can be imposed.” Williams, who was the defending champion, also was docked $500 for smashing her racket after the first set of what became a 6-4, 7-5 loss to Kim Clijsters on Saturday night. Woody Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 There was one account that claimed she threatened the life of the Umpire. The tape did clearly show her saying she was going to "shove the ball down your throat". All the "f"s were edited by me. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won.
