Woody Posted October 3, 2009 Author Posted October 3, 2009 Okay .... by now I am sure the intent of my humor has been lost. I originally posted this to complain that the ads were not placed in the proper thread. We have a thread on toilet paper and the ads belong there. You might call it revenge for all the times people are told here that they have their post in the wrong forum. Sorry for the bad humor. I will try to improve. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Stan Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Often those ads are a result of the previous page you were on, or the current one. One guy used to complain to me that all he saw were gay ads, you can guess where he had just visited.. GreatLakesGramma Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 I don't see anything wrong with a toilet paper ad being here. It's just an ordinary grocery item. Who among us doesn't buy it? Dr. Shane Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Often those ads are a result of the previous page you were on, or the current one. One guy used to complain to me that all he saw were gay ads, you can guess where he had just visited.. I think the Google software scans the sites for certain words and then places ads that are relevant to what is being discussed. So if we talk about gay rights or gays in the ministry we are likely to get gay ads on the board. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity

Amelia Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 You'd think someone would have developed TP long before 1857. After all, we've been going since day one.
