The news media reported this week-end that the "Mayan thing" was a bunch of garbage, so to speak. [NOTE: That wording is mine and did not come from the article.] The article cited a "Mayan spiritiual leader who claims that the so-called Mayan prophecy does predict important events in 2012, but NOT the end of the age as is being popularly reported.
