If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?

Administrators Gail Posted October 19, 2009 Administrators Posted October 19, 2009 How can you ask such a question? Do you hate humanity? What is wrong with you? Nice touch with the emoticon! Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted October 19, 2009 Members Posted October 19, 2009 The Whig Party and the Bull Moose Party exist, but only in the history books... although there have been occasional times when they might be wished back into existence by some... olger Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Story: My Grandpa Henry Miller was raised old Order Amish. He had 4 brothers. One of their favorite pastimes was a good old argument. I remember when Atlee, Daniel, Simon, and Roman would come over to visit Grandpa. He really looked forward to their visits. They would all go out and sit on the porch and argue for hours. Then, as they parted they would all plan the next get-together, and look forward to it eagerly. :) Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."

Dr. Shane Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 If you choose to be a moderate, like me, you can disagree with everyone. Guest Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Moderate is just another word for "No Backbone" "WishyWashy". They can't make up their mind which way to go so they sit on the fence and call themselves "Moderates" Quote
Lutz13 Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 I bet if you really work at it, you can argue as much as the next guy. Yeah, just check out Richards arguing power level!!! 1795!!! Quote

Lutz13 Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Most of that is from posting photos. Yes I know, I just couldn't resist though. I used to watch DragonBall Z when I was younger. And they always used power levels. lol... Quote

SivartM Posted October 20, 2009 Author Posted October 20, 2009 Master Plan: 1. Invade various argument threads. 2. Post as a Republican and/or Whig and tell everyone that they hate the truth and the Bible and that they worship Obama. 3. Invade threads that are not arguments to get them moved to arguing forums. 4. Make sure everyone knows that they are wrong about everything. 5. Use the CAPS LOCK key a lot. 6. Brush up on logical fallacies to use. 7. Tell everyone who opposes me that they are apostate and/or socialist. 8. Estrange myself from all humans. Anything else I should add? Wait... if I get banned, I can't be on the top posters list. Hmph. 9. Bribe the moderators OR buy Club Adventist. Quote "Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much." - Oscar WildeDo to others whatever you would like them to do to you. SivartM Posted October 20, 2009 Author Posted October 20, 2009 Surely it can't be as simple as that... :\ Quote "Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much." - Oscar WildeDo to others whatever you would like them to do to you. Members phkrause Posted October 20, 2009 Members Posted October 20, 2009 You think so Richard? I personally think people have a right to say what they are without being critized (sp) for there choice. I don't consider myself to be a moderate, but there are probably things that I'm moderate about. But than we get back to my point about labels. I think at different times and ways we are all moderate, liberal or conservative about many things. pk Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.
