Gus Foster Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Everywhere I go people ask me if I have had my flu shots; really doesn't matter if it was for regular flu or the H1N1. No, actually I will never, never have another flu shot. I did for years up until about 2000 when I had just finished going through a couple serious medical conditions and started studying the ramifications of side affects for medications. I can ramble on about what I discovered what humans do in order to survive a Western cultural diet and all the ailments it causes, but the quickest thing I can do is to refer you to some incredible sources. Just as a beginning -- www.robertfkennedyjr.com has a flu site in which he shows the use of just one adjuvant, thimerasol, contains enough mercury so as by the third set of shots for kids, totaling 24 vaccinations, will cause an auto-immune response in one out of 166 victims. A few years ago, the average was one out of 2500. There really are some informative experts we should adhere our attention to: google "Dr. Sherri Tenpenny" ; Dr. Leonard Horowitz -- that is a lot of research; but there are literally hundreds of others. Some flu vaccinations in Canada, and all in Europe, contain an adjuvant 'squalene;' which has deadly side affects to one out of 2000 patients. The adjuvant is the chemical mix used to speed the vaccine through your system, and like chemo-therapy, may disable the immune system to the point it has no response to invasion of any outside 'enemy'. Dr Tenpenny has charts on all of the adjuvants curently included in vaccinations-- some of which were used in 20th century death camps. For my fellow Adventists; trust your health message; vitamin D is much more effective than any concoction invading your system. Vitamin C & D will keep you well, and stop eating any and all animal products that are no longer safe for consumption. Sugar refined foods is a bad as aspirin and your other aches and pains pharaceuticals which destroy your common body vitamins, especially D. Remember as always, a good Christian diet is one of the best evangelistic tools available---"You shall have none of these diseases!" Moderators John317 Posted November 6, 2009 Moderators Posted November 6, 2009 I just got the first flu shot in my life. I got it free at the Veterans Hospital on the advise of my doctor. Afterwards I was just a little sore in my arm, but had no other effects from it. Thanks for your post, Gus. It is very true that eating right and obeying all of the health laws is the best way to go. If we do those things, we will usually stay free from the flu and other illnesses. I have diabetes and felt that it was best for me to get the shot. It helps the pain to go away a little faster. Learned that in the US Army, where I was a medic. I'd tell that to the people that I liked, those that I didn't like I wouldn't mention it to.
