Moderators LynnDel Posted February 5, 2005 Moderators Posted February 5, 2005 Does anyone know if there exists a graph of earthquake incidents >5.0 magnitude over the last, say, 100 years? LD Quote LD
CWhetmore Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 USGS is a list of significant, past earthquakes for which reliable magnitude estimates are available. USGS Earthquake Graphs shows the last 25 years of quakes in some interesting graphs. Number of Earthquakes greater than 7.0 1900 to 1999 is a list that could be created in a graph. Faults and Earthquakes has the graph I think you want, 2/3 down the page. []http://www.uwgb.edu/dutchs/GRAPHIC0/SEISMOL/N-Eqks.gif[/] Quote

Dr. Shane Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 Looks like there have been less the last 30 years than there was 100 years ago. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
