Dr. Shane Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 Along the boarder, many storm sewers drain into the Rio Grande River, which is the US boarder with Mexico. Since we built the boarder wall, drug smugglers have been coming up the storm sewer and popping off manhole covers. So we are now welding the manhole covers in place until they can be replaced with tamper-resistant covers. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor...
