Firearm deer season just opened yesterday here, but bow and arrow season has been going on since the first of October. When I went for my walk this afternoon, just about the time I passed the creek at the back of our property, a deer came running out of the driveway of the next house down the road. It ran along the road a little way, in the same direction I was going, then ran into the field on the other side of the neighbor's house. When I got to the tracks, I could see drops of blood among them. I hope if the wounds were fatal, the hunters find the deer, so they can take it away and make use of it. I cooked a shoulder in the crock pot over night with Lipton onion soup mix, and this morning added potatoes, onions, and carrots. It just fell off the bone. Tender and succulent. Quote

His virgin mother Isis was the prototype of Mary. Christianity is essentially messianic Jewish beliefs combined with pagan god myths.
