As this was somewhat unexpected the angels run to God and say, "God, Bernie Madoff and his associates have arrived at the Gates of Heaven. What should we do?" God replies, "Just do what you normally do with their type. Re-direct them to hell." So the angels go back to carry out the orders. But suddenly, they come back again yelling "God, God, they're gone, they're gone!" "Who, Madoff?" "No, the Gates of Heaven."
