It is pretty hard here, at school, what we did in America in 8th grade, here they do it in 4th or 5th. Also, the subjects aren't the same. In America, we would have Science,Math,History, English. But here we have different hours every so no day is the same with the same hours. We have,here, Algebra, Geometry, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics(Computer languages. ex. C++,Java,Pascal,etc), Technology, Sport, Music, Art, History, Religion (Orthodox religion), French, English(Piece o cake ). Everyday is different. We also have uniforms. Ask me some more questions about Romania... Quote

Cosmin M. Posted December 5, 2009 Author Posted December 5, 2009 Well since its 0 degrees celsius... I don't like it at all. It's really cold but no snow where I live... yet. When it was warm outside I would go visit friends or ride my motorbike. Worst thing of all is that people around here drive like mad. A tip I learned to respect: Never go in the street when there is a major holiday. (In Romania there are also Orthodox holidays as national holidays. People tend to drink alcohol a lot.) They all already nicknamed me, American. Quote

Carolina, a lot of people here thought I was crazy for leaving CA since "everybody" wants to live in CA. Anybody there you are crazy for leaving the USA while many or "everybody" in Romania wants to live in the USA? Quote

They were all in Romanian and I filmed once for a English show and I also filmed inside of my church every saturday. I filmed mostly to gain the knowledge and to help out, filming is not a hobby of mine, not professional filming that is. I like photography but unfortunately I have no money to buy a 1,000$ professional camera. So I am stuck with our 150$ one Hope I can store enough money to buy myself one. @John317 That is the answer but it was also hard that we were separated for so long, me and my mom in the US and my dad here in Romania. @dgrimm60 You didn't ask me anything so I am showing you some pictures! The last picture is me in a photo shop when I was 12 at Helen, Georgia. Quote
