Stan Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 We are moving over to cloud computing... what this means is that I will be able to upgrade/downgrade ram and the number of processors as needed. I am sure it will take about a month for me to move over this, members blogs etc etc. It has been running out of ram that keeps on shutting us down. Our last few steps have been Full single core server Dual core Virtual Private Server Now we can go up to 16 gigs of ram and 4 processors.. this should hold us stable for years.. AM hoping we can do this without deleting any posts. I do regret so much having to shrink the database in the past in order to move. Am sure several hundred post and photos were zapped. Thanks to a couple of donations over the past few days, we can do this... Will need a few people to sign up for the premium membership in order to maintain this... (Thats 3 Romanian Lei's) Plus my parents have no work so were living on reserves here and both of my grandmothers pensions. Quote
