I grew up in Vancouver and this elicits many memories for me. The street sign that said, "Water St." did not give any hints as to the wonderful alleyways and small shops strewn about Gastown, which was the original downtown core of Vancouver.

One thing I have never done, but would like to, and that is to watch the sunset from any one of the many Vancouver beaches. I am looking forward to that. One day... :)

I suppose that if you have been or lived there, this video would have produced a different reaction than what I got.

First, is it really that foggy in Vancouver?

Second, I had a sense of a very fast-paced place, which was obviously because of the time-lapse.
