Ol' habits are hard to break....besides, "woody" sounds more like you're describing the eating of a carrot than the name of an individual...other illustrations come to mind, but as Doug is willing to tell me, "this is a family forum".... Neil D Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 Oooh, this is getting dangerous. Get thee behind me? OOOoh, you SDAs....you think that the world is coming to an end just because some pope is hanging out with an Adventist leader or something...when in reality, Jesuits are all over the place and you don't know it...When will you learn, we have ways and means that you know not....and while you think the worst, we provide the best...We provide you with your Sabbath off. We provide you with your financial incomes. We provide you with your "adventist discount". We provide you with all your special little "blessings"...Why we even tell you when you can die... BobRyan Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 Hey you guys. I'm quite certain I was in that room when I went to the Vatican. (As a tourist) Did I see that right? Are they serving holy water in those bottles? When I see a group of Cardinals all together like that - I know we have 3 more months of winter coming. I for one am just amazed to see soooo many cooks in one room. (Turns out they all have the power to "confect the body of Christ" according to the Catechism). It is amazing is that according to the RCC - priests do not lose that magic power to confect God - even if they are excommunicated. That water must be some pretty powerful stuff if you ask me. Quote John 8:32 - The Truth will make you free“The righteousness of Christ will not cover one cherished sin." COL 316.
