Guest truthseeker007 Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 In Holland it is now about 5 o clock in the morning. Something very weird happened. Though i already have experience with strange things due to my occult background, this was terrible. You see, i started praying before i went to sleep to our Heavenly Father. After feeling abandoned and lost i got hope this sabbath because i could sense the holy spirit of GOd working through me and giving me my much needed rest. I was so thankfull about it, that i also got hope again. So i prayed and i told God some very personal stuff and told him that from now on, i live for God alone, only Jesus matters and this world doesn t mean anything to me anymore. I asked God if there is anything that is standing between us, he would let me know. Now i went to sleep assuming everything was okay, but then i got a terrible nightmare, like i was attacked or something was trying to posess me. So i was scared and i asked for Jesus but couldn t wake up untill i called Christ. Then i woke up and started praying again, i explicitly asked God to protect me from satan and his angels. Unfortunately i got another nightmare, and this went just the same. I couldn t wake up even when i called Jesus, but when i called out to Christ i woke up again. Again i asked God to protect me and tried to sleep. This time i saw something terrible. Quote
Guest truthseeker007 Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 I Saw Jesus Christ putting himself on the cross in an perverse matter. the cross pierced through his head and i couldn t watch it, i cried out and when i called Christ i again was able to wake up, but just before i woke i heard demonic voices telling me that i shouldn t love my 'thing' (u know what i mean)too much. I then realised it was my addiction from pornography that is keeping me from building up a good relationship with God. So i destroyed the thousands of pictures i kept under my bed and asked forgiveness. I never really made a big deal out of it, but now i see that demonic powers have access to your home if u give them the keys. I hope now God has forgiven me and i can fall asleep peacefully. I love God with all my heart. I hope this testimony might strengthen your faith. Quote

Administrators Gail Posted March 15, 2010 Administrators Posted March 15, 2010 Praise the Lord, TS, for the insight that you've been given! It is a battle but Satan will fight when he sees freedom coming to a soul through Jesus. "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty" Psalm 91:1 Keep placing yourself in God's hands with your whole heart and it will come! It is the only safe place! Since you have a history of occult in your life it may take several tries, but take hope with every victory Christ gives you and keep going! Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Guest truthseeker007 Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Pkrause it started out on sabbath. I felt so tired from my labour but thought to myself, i ve been doing so many wrong things for so long, i geuss there is no hope for me anymore. Then i prayed to God anyway, and i received strength from the holy spirit and could really sense peace and comfort. So i thought, well maybe God hasn t left me after all, so i started praying again every night. Now last night i prayed to our Heavenly father telling him i wanted a better relationship with him, and i explicitly told him about my porn addiction, but i thought he would understand it, for my flesh is corrupt. I asked him if there is anything standing between me and God from building up a good relationship he would let me know. I also asked for protection from the enemy. But soon as i fell asleep i felt like i was being attacked by angry demons. I panicked and called Jesus, but only when i called Christ i was able to wake up. It was terrible, it felt like i escaped death or something. Then i prayed for God his protection again and went to sleep. Now the same thing happened again and i panicked and when i called upon Christ i woke up again. Again i prayed for protection and didn t understand it. Now a couple of hours were passed after these first two experiences. Now the third time was really awfull, demons portrayed an image of Christ on the Christ and they explicitly wanted to hurt me by showing me how much pain Jesus had to bear. The cross pierced right through his body and his head was terribly tortured, now i again shouted out, my heart broke and this was the only thing that could still hurt me. I thought i was familiar with pain, but this was like nothing i ever experienced. Imagine your child being killed before your eyes, i geuss that s kind of how it feels like. Anyway, after calling Christ again, just before i woke up i heard demonic voices telling me in a rude way it was my own fault because i loved my "thing" too much. Then i realised it was pornography that prevented me from building up a good relationship with God. So i asked forgiveness and put away the thousands of images from under my bed. I hope things seem a little clearer now! Quote

Moderators Jeannieb43 Posted March 17, 2010 Moderators Posted March 17, 2010 TS, that's a compelling experience. I believe the wicked angels can hear us when we pray aloud or in a whisper, and they can use that information to torment us in the area in which we're most vulnerable. They're here on this earth with us, but if we pray that God will put a hedge about us, to protect us from them, I believe He does that. On the other hand, if we pray silently, without even mouthing the words, I believe the wicked angels cannot read our minds, so they can only surmise by reading our body language for instance, what we're thinking at the moment. God, on the other hand, knows our every thought. He sees our prayers ascending like incense before the throne of the Father in heaven. All we have to do to reach the throne of God is to silently breathe His name in prayer. It's a wonderful, marvelous promise. Guest truthseeker007 Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 jeannie, it s interesting you are mentioning that. You know, i was so angry and tired that God never answered my prayers that i thought to myself'maybe God can t read my mind". SO just two weeks ago i started praying out whispering, thinking to myself that then God would be able to hear me and my chances would increase that God would hear me... I told God about my plans and stuff, and i am sure the devil doesn t like my plans. Do you think it has something to do with my experience? Quote
Moderators Jeannieb43 Posted March 18, 2010 Moderators Posted March 18, 2010 Could be. Let's not give the wicked angels anything more to work with than what they already have. They already know us pretty well, just by watching us during our lifetimes here on this earth. They're not stupid. But God and the holy angels are even more intelligent -- plus being kind, and loving, and wanting to take us home to heaven! It'll be such a thrill to talk to our guardian angels when we get to heaven. We'll probably learn about some experiences where we've been saved from doom, even when we didn't realize it at the time! AllenEHoessli Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 I had a friend years ago who never prayed out loud because he was afraid that the devil would know his thoughts and interfere with his spirituality. I suppose the devil could do that, but there's nothing the devil will do without the authority of God. God allows things and disallows things. Remember, God is more powerful than our enemy. Our enemy may be more powerful than us, but greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world. Quote Sincerely, Allen Hoessli
