Administrators Gail Posted March 22, 2010 Administrators Posted March 22, 2010 I particularly like the "be thankful" one. There's nothing like that to swing a downer to head back up again! Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Administrators Gail Posted April 7, 2010 Administrators Posted April 7, 2010 Did you notice that in all but the "Live your passions" one the ideas involve sacrificing self to some degree? Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

I am very thankful for everything I have. I don't really live my passions, my passions require a budget. If all I have is food and water, no problemo. "Enjoy simple pleasures" Well isn't it obvious your going to enjoy it if its a pleasure? Quote
