Is your stomach mad? Do you suffer from thunder down under? If so, drink Soylent Green so you can have Happy Bowels and say good bye forever to Crabby Bowels and Angry Stomachs. Soylent Green will also delight your kidneys and gall bladders. There is nothing quite like having contented kidneys and grateful gall bladders. Recipe for Soylent Green (aka Green Drink) 2 Cups pineapple juice 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 1 large cabbage leaf 1 or 2 Romaine lettuce leaves 6-8 spinach leaves 1 parsley branch Whiz in blender using some of the pineapple juice until all is smooth. Add remainder of pineapple juice. You can experiment by using other vegetables or greens or fruit or fruit juice or vary the quantities of the recipe. Aliensanctuary Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Making Soylent Green is a good way to use up surplus veggies in the fridge before they turn into compost. The mix is kind of frothy, so it needs to be stirred or shaken up before use. To make Soylent Red, I suppose cooked beets could be added to the mix.
