Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted June 12, 2010 Moderators Posted June 12, 2010 I have struck it rich. The Director ofthe FBI, US Department of Justice, notified me today that I am entitled to recieve a pre-paid Visa card with $6,100,000 on the account. NOTE: I can draw on it a maximumn of $5,000 a day. Arrangements will be made to FedEx me that card once I pay a small fee of $200.00. Just think of how much good I can do with that! NOTE: I have forwarded that message from the Director of the FBI to the branch of the government that deals with such messages. It should be noted that in the beginning part of the message, I was informed that various scam artists had been attempting to defraud me by informing me that I could recieve a great amount of money for the payment of a small fee. I should be wary of falling for such fraud. But, I could trust him as the FBI Director and the U.S. Government was involved. NOTE: I have traced this to the country of NIgeria. Quote Gregory
Guest Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 A lot of scams are from there. Somebody from Nigeria tried to scam me too. I led them along and made them think I was falling for it. When they found out I wasn't, it really made them mad. LOL That was the only recourse I had. Quote
SivartM Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Wow, the FBI outsourced to Nigeria? Weird. I get tons of these kinds of emails. My spam filter fills up faster than a bathtub. Dr. Shane Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 No body ever send me pre-paid credit card offers. All I get are the ones offering points, rewards and flier miles. But I am not fooled by those scams and toss them right in the trash. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
