This reminds me of the guy who also cut off his arm when he was pinned by a boulder. It's amazing what we can do when our life depends on it!

I don't know about you but just reading about this gives me the heebie-jeebies.

I remember the guy with the boulder too. I don't think I could have done it in either case. Both of these men's will to survive must be extremely strong.
