I wonder if_____one of the major reasons for the rapid erosion of the freedoms guaranteed by the U. S. constitution, predicted in the writings of EGW and verified by reality plainly seen in recent events, might be being permitted to come to pass by Almighty God because our society was giving the United States' constitution the credit for, by and large, our wonderful way of life instead of seeing God Almighty as the One and only reason for our successes, working in and through the men held largely responsible for those same successes?

As history has proven, and history recently given wider view to the general population, not only to ourselves as a society but also to the global population, it certainly is not our righteous ways that can be claimed as responsible.

If anything, that same history divulged, of individuals as well as the nation as a whole, the following principle seems to be the prevailing trend, not breaking precedence from the moment the first act of violence against our Creator's government was isolated to this world, that all might see what government would be like when taken out of the loving care of the Omnipotent Caretaker.

"And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer."Revelation 12:8 NKJV

"And the huge dragon was cast down and out--that age-old serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, he who is the seducer (deceiver) of all humanity the world over; he was forced out and down to the earth, and his angels were flung out along with him."Revelation 12:9 AMP

"“ The heart is deceitful above all things,And desperately wicked; Who can know it?"Jer 17:9 NKJV
