I dont know about if the rules intent that there were to be 2 other countrys between your posting or just 2 other posts....Need a clarification on that....

The rules intended to mean that there be two other countries mentioned. The "rules" assume that people would stay on topic (playing the game). Your intuition serves you correctly if you thought that was the case.
