Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted August 27, 2010 Members Posted August 27, 2010 Here's what a school in Australia has recorded on their answering machine: Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?

Paula Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 How sad!!!!! My idea of a quality education is one where my children learn to treat people politely, and to be patient and well-mannered despite how wrongly or badly others may be behaving. I certainly would not want my child in this school. All they are teaching kids is that it is ok to be rude, crude, and a loud-mouth bully. Certainly none of the attributes displayed on this message are ones that I, as a Christian parent would want my child to emulate. Quote
Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted August 28, 2010 Administrators Posted August 28, 2010 It's a joke. It is not a real message on an answering machine at a real school... Read about it here - http://www.snopes.com/humor/iftrue/palisades.asp It is along the lines of this gag mental health hotline message - "> " type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"> Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth. (And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)
