Rand Paul Knocks Bill Clinton Over Lewinsky Scandal

:Rand Paul hit back hard at Bill Clinton on Monday, making a crack about the former president's relationship with Monica Lewinsky after Clinton attacked the Senate candidate's ideas as "radical."

Clinton was in Kentucky stumping for Paul's opponent, Jack Conway, who he called "a practical progressive common-sense moderate who has actually done things and actually has a plan."

He contrasted Conway with Paul by describing the Tea Party favorite as "a man with radical ideas and no record to back it up," The Lexington Herald-Leader reported.

Paul wasted no time responding, dismissing Clinton's trip to Kentucky as irrelevant.

"I'm not sure I would trust a guy who had had sexual relations with an intern," Paul said. "I mean, do you think he's an honorable person?"

And he didn't stop there.

"They complain they want all these workplace rules," Paul said. "Do you think there ought to be a law against having, using the prerogatives of your position and your power of your job, to have relations with an intern? I think that's disgusting. It gets to the point where we discount what he says. He showed himself less than honorable in office."

Paul and Conway are locked in a tight battle for the Kentucky Senate seat.

Good for him. The Lewinsky scandal is thought of by some to have been a minor sexual affair - an indiscretion. It was many things worse than a sexual affair. It was abuse of power, it was obstruction of justice, it was fraternization. The rate of oral sex among teenagers skyrocketed after the Lewinsky affair. That is Clinton's real legacy. Oral sex because an acceptable means of sexual expression among teenagers.

I stopped registering as a Democrat as a direct result of Clinton actions and the way the Democrats came to his defense even as he bold-face lied to the American people. Many of the Democrats made it sound as if what he did was irrelevant. I'm not even saying that it was something he deserved to lose his office over, but not roundly condemning his obvious lies was clearly wrong. Some did condemn the lies, yet my impression was that most did not but rather blamed conservatives.

Mainly women supported this man.Some went so far as to say they would like to be in Monica's place.Any woman that could support Clinton should lose the right to vote

The Democrats blind support of Clinton in this issue of sex , abuse of power, and his lies and purjury ... cemented my extreme Republicanism.
