bonnie Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 Thomas Lifson A fascinating interview with someone who knew Barack Obama at Occidental College, and was a fellow Marxist at the time, can be heard here. Dr. John Drew is interviewed by frequent AT contributor Paul Kengor, as he guest hosts the Glen Meakam Show. Drew was founder of the Democratic Student Socialist Alliance at Occidental - basically, the Marxist club, as he describes it in the interview. He got to know young Obama fairly well, and notes that Obama described himself at the time as a Marxist-Lenninist, and anticipated a revolution in the United States. Drew notes that he has not been interviewed by the major biographers of Obama. I have little doubt as to why. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. Dr. Shane Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 I think one of the reason God placed Obama in the White House was for his own redemption. We have certainly seen a lot of change in Barry since he has been there. God is truly working with this man. It would be great if he ends up becoming a Seventh-day Adventist in the end. Most certainly America will be a better place for having had a President like Barak Hussien Obama. God bless America. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... bonnie Posted October 23, 2010 Author Posted October 23, 2010 Shane have you ever studied ANY Bible prophecy?? It almost seems like some people write their own. Do you decide as you go along God's plan for President Obama or does God tell you? There has not been any change. He is still like a child blaming everyone else for the actions he has taken. His "message" while campaigning trying to help democrats is worse that when he was running if possible. America is worse and heading down hill fast. The first name basis silliness is actually very insulting to the president.A little like your "wife would spank Michelle" Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. Dr. Shane Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 Shane have you ever studied ANY Bible prophecy?? I studied under Mark Finley when he was speaker of It Is Written. After that I read several books like Daniel and Revelation and The Great Controversy. Great stuff. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity

bonnie Posted October 24, 2010 Author Posted October 24, 2010 Shane have you ever studied ANY Bible prophecy?? Richard you have to understand dealing with certain people never ask a serious question or expect a serious answer. When my brothers and I were kids we used to like to tease one another and see what we could get each other to believe. We did know when to stop it tho, when we didn't my mother did and we paid the penalty for lying. Not a pleasent thing in our house. Once a serious attempt was made to convince another of a pretend truth we were in big trouble. I do assume much that is written on this board has one of three reasons for what we are supposed to take as fact. One is that some people are so desperate for attention they post for the shock value and the attention that gives them. Number two I think the postings are meant to be dimissive of certain ones with outlandish comments. Those comments are supposed to get a very vocal response. It is rather funny to watch certain posters for what comes next. The scary part is reason number three, they believe every word they are saying. Ran across a very timely post in another forum here....... What would be the purpose of such a site? Would it bring glory to God? Will it bring believers closer to their Lord? Is it the best use of your time? Having done it, will Jesus say to you, "well done, good and faithful servant"? Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
