If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?

Dr. Rich Posted November 10, 2010 Posted November 10, 2010 Great play! Reminds me of the time I was playing baseball (PONY L.) and I got up to bat with bases loaded and with two outs. As the pitcher was winding up, I dropped the bat on the plate on purpose but made it look like an accident, and when the pitcher saw it, he stopped his pitch--and a balk was called on him, bringing in a runner and moving everyone up. I didn't tell anyone what I was going to do, but the thought came to me earlier that the pitcher would probably stop the pitch, and it sure did work. Quote
