Stan Posted November 11, 2010 Posted November 11, 2010 It is tradition in Canada to take two minutes at the 11 hour of the 11 day of the 11 month. Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted November 12, 2010 Members Posted November 12, 2010 I love it. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
Stan Posted November 12, 2010 Author Posted November 12, 2010 am thankful the bad guy was white. Otherwise that would not have had the same impact. LifeHiscost Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 am thankful the bad guy was white. Otherwise that would not have had the same impact. Beautiful message, Stan. Can't say I'm without the thoughtlessness of the bad guy at times, as referred to in the song. I've been guilty of not paying attention to the price paid by all the men and women, perhaps 90% of those who have been in actual combat, who hate every minute of where they are/were, as a direct result of others, exercising their personal selfishness so thoughtlessly as to jeopardize the peace and security of countless millions of human beings. "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends."John 15:13 NKJV The above statement of Biblical Truth points out clearly that no man can now claim to be like Jesus, as the statement below reveals a greater love than that above. "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 NASB Does "sinner" equate with enemy? Or Judas? God blesses! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
