Saline solution was used to induce uterine contractions. It does not burn anyone's skin. Saline induction abortions are rarely used anymore. In addition, you don't identify the "reader" of any Ministry magazine quotes which are basically the essence of your "brochure". Why is that? That was my first thought as well, with the added thought that "quoting" a reader of anything doesn't necessarily mean that reader was ever published in the same publication or anywhere else for that matter or even that that the publication had muc to say on the topic. I could print up a brochure with my own random personal observations about some pet topic and say they were from a Reader's Digest reader, which would be true since I do read the Reader's Digest, even if it never wrote anything about my pet topic.
