(a) China is rapidly reaching the point where she will be an exported, not an importer, of such weapons.

( The USA has been supplying sophisticated weapons for years to Arab states and others than aren't exactly friendly

The Bush administration obviously has the idea of "do as I say, not as I do" down pat - they are reaching new heights/depths in international foolishness.

I don't know how valid a comparison is with selling arms to Arab states but I agree that China is going to aquire and manufacture the weapons they want and the US needs to develope a forgien policy to deal with that.

Brother Neil, either you are a permanent resident or a citizen - you can't be both. If you are a resident you cannot vote and you are a citizen of a different country. Is that what you are saying you are? For some reason I thought you were American born.

Of course you could also be an illegal alien or here on some type of visa.
