But in two other jurisdictions where there've been lawsuits filed, the judges there supported the healthcare law as being fair under the constitution. And in the meantime, the law has taken effect; children are now covered under their parents' policies up through age 26, many other new families have acquired health insurance who never had it previously, and things seem to be progressing as scheduled. Woody Posted February 2, 2011 Author Posted February 2, 2011 The most recent judge ruled that the entire ObamaCare is unconstitutional because of the way it was legislated ... the wording and statute required an 'all of nothing' ruling.
