Woody Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 How many of you are watching Jeopardy with the two most brilliant winners against the computer Watson. Watson is really winning. But I found one question about Church and State interesting. They show Watson's thinking and his second choice to the question was The Seventh day Adventist Church. Which just says that Watson associated Church and State with the SDA Church. Kinda cool Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Woody Posted February 16, 2011 Author Posted February 16, 2011 Ken Jennings has $5,000 Watson has $35,000 Not even close Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members abelisle Posted February 16, 2011 Members Posted February 16, 2011 I noticed that also and was surprised. Why us? Quote We are our worst enemy - sad but true. http://abelisle.blogspot.com
Members phkrause Posted February 16, 2011 Members Posted February 16, 2011 Kind of talking about the SDA church. Yesterday was watching the news and they had a report about some city/town trying to keep the SDA church from buying a hospital, not sure why, I didn't get to hear the whole thing. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
carolaa Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 I noticed that also and was surprised. Why us? Probably because we have been active in Americans United for the Separation of Church and State as well as the North American Religious Liberty Association. Quote
