Paul Beach Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Dear person, What kind of "National Dish" is "Greek food." That is an entire genre, not just a single dish. It should be something like "plate" or "bowl." Or if you call a type of food a "dish" it should be a type of food. Sincerely, Mrs. Gray Quote

Moderators Nan Posted April 3, 2011 Moderators Posted April 3, 2011 Stan, what is the national drink of Adventistan? Seeing Mrs Gray after all this time made me think of a person's favourite beverage.... Quote

Paul Beach Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Dearest Stanford: You must prepare to sell it on eBay or perhaps use it. It may ferment and be of harm to your constitution. Sincerely, Mrs. Gray Quote
Moderators LynnDel Posted April 9, 2011 Moderators Posted April 9, 2011 My Postum jar is 3/4 full. I indulge in a cup every year or so. Since it is dry, I don't think it will ferment. Bugs don't seem to like it, so I see no danger in keeping it indefinitely. The flavor may have diminished some, but it's been so long since it was fresh, I have nothing with which to compare it.
